The Ayurvedic Self-Care Program

Welcome to The Ayurvedic Self-Care Program! This program was designed with the intention of providing a clear understanding of Ayurveda and how it applies to you, along with launching you into a journey of self-study. Through completion of this program, you will gain clarity around your dosha and your doshic imbalance, have a better understanding of yourself and your unique needs, and learn to design your daily routine and rituals in accordance to nature--all so you can live a healthier and fuller life.

 

This is a 4-week program (which can also be practiced at your own pace over a shorter or longer duration) and includes:

  • 14 videos (total running time 4 hours): 5 educational videos for learning the foundations of Ayurveda and how to apply it to your life, 3 (10-minute) mindful movement practices for balancing your dosha or imbalance, and 5 self-care tutorial videos to teach you how to conduct the main components of an Ayurvedic daily routine.
  • Two guidebooks: a Written Guide that corresponds to the videos so that key elements can easily be referenced and a User’s Handbook giving you step-by-step guidance for each week of the program, including journal prompts and weekly self-care homework
