We’re in our darkest and coldest days, and all us could use a moment of peace, along with and a reminder that our brightest fire is within. I recorded this short guided meditation for you to use as inspiration for this very thing.

I encourage you to keep a journal handy, to pause the meditation to write your thoughts save some space for journaling after. Here are some prompts for you, if you choose not to listen, but still want some guidance.

  • What are the areas of your life you feel need extra light and warmth right now?
  • What are the ways you can show yourself compassion for those areas that may be making you feel somewhat inadequate or less than in the moment?
  • What or who gives you the most energy and support in your life?
  • What will it take for you to feel that everything in your life is exactly as it needs to be?

This meditation is an abbreviated version of a 40 minute guided meditation I led with a group called MVMNT Mass. It was accompanied by a sound bath within a space dedicated to feeling liberated, raising self-awareness, and increasing consciousness. Knowing not all of you could be there with us, I wanted to share it with you.
