Your menstrual cycle doesn't have to be symptomatic! It breaks my heart that many women are suffering from painful menstrual cycles when it doesn't have to be that way. It also makes me a little sad that most of society also believes that when a women is having her period, she is evil. Let's our perspective on this topic!
